Emma M. Greenwood, Esq.
Attorney, eDiscovery Consultant, CDA
Emma has been retained and appointed as counsel, litigation support coordinator, and expert on scores of cases nationwide. Her work has been recognized locally and nationally, including by the American Bar Association, which profiled her in 2014 as one of nine lawyers in the country making innovative strides to reform the legal profession.
In 2011, she became one of the first three National Coordinating Discovery Attorneys (CDA)–the first female National CDA–contracted with the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO), to support the work of CJA Panel attorneys and FDO staff across the country on multi-defendant prosecutions involving large volumes of complex discovery.
Ms. Greenwood is a regular faculty contributor on CLE programs and initiatives across the country on various local, state, and national eDiscovery topics.
